Richard Giovannetti has been actively serving as the Senior Pastor of Standing in the Word Ministries in Morris, Illinois, since 1989. He is a Pastor, Revivalist, Conference Speaker, and a Spiritual Father to many leaders around the globe.
Throughout the last 35 years of ministry, God has done marvelous things through his ministry. A powerful move of God swept through in the mid-1990s into the early 2000s, where the joy and fires of revival fell on hundreds of lives. God opened great doors for television ministry from 1994-2008 that became viewed nationally in the USA on multiple networks and across Africa on TBN. For 12 years, doors were open for Pastor to host his own weekly radio program across our local area. In recent years, God has once again opened the doors for Pastor Giovannetti to launch back into Christian television.
Today, his television program “Fresh Fire” is reaching 200 million homes in five nations on six different networks! He is also speaking in multiple ministry conferences every year. Also, through the ministry of Pastor Giovannetti, churches are being planted in Pakistan, water wells are being dug in rural Pakistan, ministry leaders are being actively equipped, and thousands of lives are being touched through international in-person crusades and conferences.
Pastor’s heart is to continue to see as many lives empowered worldwide through the preaching of the living Word of God and the tangible experience of God’s power. He truly believes that there has never been a greater need for revival in the nations. It is time to see the arks of the local churches built to God’s biblical standard and to be filled with souls in these last days. The only way that will happen is the preaching and demonstration of the full Gospel of Jesus Christ.
The doors are vast before Pastor Giovannetti and the ministry to continue to expand into this God mandate to reach as many lives as possible in these last days through media, overseas conferences and crusades, establishment of churches, and more as God leads.
